The combination of innovative technologies and various cleaning processes enables the energy-efficient and cost-effective removal of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and odours from exhaust air streams.

In addition to established methods such as adsorption on activated carbon, gas scrubbing, catalytic and thermal oxidation, evoran GmbH offers the innovative process of photo-oxidation for the purification of exhaust air.

Until now, treating large airflows with low VOC concentrations has only been possible with significant energy consumption. evoran’s patented process offers decisive advantages in this regard. The pollutants are concentrated and then oxidised in a smaller secondary circuit using high-energy UV-C light. Through photo-oxidation, VOCs such as alcohols, organic acids or BTEX are chemically converted and lose their harmful effects.

evoran’s UV technology is also successfully used to disinfect exhaust air streams contaminated with microorganisms. This process neutralises bacteria, viruses and fungal spores, thereby protecting the environment from contamination by pathogens.

In addition to modular design in series production for standard applications, our strengths lie in the development and implementation of bespoke solutions that are precisely tailored to our customers’ requirements.

We offer a comprehensive range of services, from consultancy and planning through to the design and commissioning of the plant. On request, we can also take over the subsequent operation of the plant on your behalf, thereby ensuring maximum system availability. We are also happy to assist you with the optimisation and upgrading of existing plants to ensure compliance with stricter emission limits.

The exhaust air purification systems are manufactured by our qualified staff in our own workshop. Our evoran team of experienced engineers and technicians is also available internationally for service calls and maintenance work.
